The group named Jon Potter to schedule shoots and make sure that the programs is staying on schedule. He put together a plan to get the projects moving and posted it on our blog. During the meeting, we discussed casting and costumes. We also decided to work on shot lists and locations. We discussed the role of David Townsend to play a blind man. Erik, C.J., Jayy, Jon, and Ann looked at the footage for TnCIS, choosing which photographs would work for the program. The taped interviews were not shot to our liking so we decided to use the photographs as B-roll to eliminate showing the video footage. The audio proved to be good and will be used.

Jayy, Erik, C.J., Ann and Jon met in the upstairs editing suite in Bagwell, due to the fact that the Conference room was in use, Ella's office was not available and there were students shooting in Katie's office. While there, Jayy and Jon went over Jayy's script for "The Business" and reworked it. Jayy brought in his shot list for the main program and C.J. discussed the shots that he wanted to use as well as the locations. The use of AVID to edit the programs was decided. The use of camera to get shots was discussed. Ann was assigned to write the script for the VO on the TnCIS program.

Jayy, Jon, C.J. and Erik met at the Bagwell Center and sub clipped the footage for TnCIS. It is now ready to further edit together with the due date for the rough cut being February 24, 2011.
