JANUARY 25 - 31, 2011
1/25/2011 - The group met to shoot footage but could not find the talent, Warren, we later learned that he was doing his internship. We ran down his number and tried to contact him. We tried to find someone else to take his place, but couldn't. He finally returned the call to Jayy and a shoot was scheduled for Thursday, 1/27/11 in the studio at Bagwell. Jayy and Ann reserved the studio from 1:00-3:00. We discussed the greenscreen and Jayy, Erik, CJ, and Jon went to Katie's office to decide on backgrounds for the greenscreen editing.
1/26/11 - Jayy and CJ had a mini-meeting to discuss CJ's commercial. They decided that the commercial should be a multi-cam shoot and that CJ would be in charge of the production and editing for it. Jayy set up an appointment with TnCIS for Friday, 1/28/11, to discuss the project with Teresa Castillo at 2:30. Shoot in studio cancelled for 1/27/11 due to the RED camera demonstration.
1/27/11 - Jayy secures permission to use the men's bathroom in Goins on the first floor to shoot the commercial. We set up the equipment for the shoot.

We met and set up the equipment and prepared to shoot. When we got everything ready, Warren had to leave and the shoot ended. We decided to shoot on Saturday, 1/29/11 in the studio in Bagwell.
1/28/11 - Jayy and Erik meet with Teresa Castillo to finalize plans for promo to feature TnCIS and their Study Abroad program. Agreement to furnish footage to the group and tentative interviews agreed on. Interviews to start next week.
1/29/11 - Group shoot in Bagwell studio today from 12:00 - 3:00. Warren is unable to do the commercial project so Jayy is going to be the talent.

Our shoot was successful and we got usable footage for the commercial using the greenscreen. We will finish shooting next week and start editing.
